1 whole whitefish or walleye, dressed
Salt & pepper
3 sm. potatoes
1 onion

Preheat electric oven to 225 degrees for walleye. Wash out cavity of fish and salt. Stuff with potatoes and onion. Wrap with salt water soaked newspaper until there is 1/2" covering. Bake 2 to 3 hours.
