MEXICAN CHEF SALAD 
1 onion
1 head lettuce
4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
8 oz. Catalina dressing
1 bag nacho flavor Doritos
1 lg. avocado
1 lg. tomato
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans (drained)
1/4 tsp. salt
Hot sauce to taste

Chop onion and lettuce. Toss with cheese, Catalina dressing and hot sauce. Crunch Doritos and add to mixture. Slice and add avocado and tomato. Brown ground beef and drain. Add this to mixture. Add salt and kidney beans.
