1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk

In a small bowl combine batter ingredients, mixing until smooth. Pour batter into lightly greased and floured pizza pan turning and tilting all directions to cover pan. Bake on a low rack at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until browned.

Remove from oven and drizzle with prepared pizza or spaghetti sauce. Top with browned sausage, hamburger or your choice of meat. Add other toppings and cheese as desired. Return to oven and bake 10 more minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly brown.
