FRUIT ON A STICK 
2 apples
1 banana
10 grapes
10 strawberries
2 tangerines
1 c. vanilla yogurt
1/4 c. shredded coconut

Cut the apples in half; then cut into bite-size chunks. Peel bananas and cut into bite-size pieces. Rinse grapes and strawberries. Pick green hulls of strawberries. Peel tangerines. Remove as many seeds as possible.

Now carefully push fruits in any order on skewers. Pour yogurt in bowl. Add coconut and mix. Now you can dip fruit in yogurt. Serves 6.
