CASHEW PIMIENTO CHEESE 
1 c. water
1 c. raw cashews, well rinsed
1 (4 oz.) jar pimientos, undrained
1/4 c. nutritional yeast flakes
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice (juice of 2 lemons)
2 tbsp. unhulled sesame seeds
1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Bakon seasoning powder

Use nutritional yeast flakes, not powdered.

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until creamy smooth, approximately 4 minutes. Stir in the refrigerator in tightly sealed plastic containers or glass jars. It will keep for about 10 days. Makes 2 1/2 to 3 cups.
