K.'S PIMIENTO CHEESE SPREAD 
#1:
1 box Velveeta cheese
1 can milk

Melt in microwave.

#2:
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar

Cook eggs, flour, sugar and vinegar on low heat until thick. Cool and combine ingredients #1 and #2. Add 1 jar chopped pimiento. Store in small containers in refrigerator. Keeps very well.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
