BROWNIE PIE 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. cocoa
pinch of salt
1/2 c. flour

Mix sugar and melted butter. Add beaten eggs. Combine cocoa, salt and flour. Add to sugar, butter and eggs. Add vanilla. Grease and flour 8-inch pie pan and pour in batter. Cook at 325°F for 30 minutes. Serve with ice cream.

This freezes well for later use. Can use 9-inch pie pan, just won't be as thick.
