HOT PEPPER JELLY 
1/4 c. hot pepper
3/4 c. bell peppers
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1 bottle Certo

Discard seeds. Grind peppers, measuring after grinding. Keep juice and pour over peppers. Mix sugar, vinegar and ground peppers and boil for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in Certo. Pour into sterilized jars. Cover with paraffin.

Caution: Wear rubber gloves while seeding and grinding hot pepper.
