HOMEMADE PIZZA 
1 pkg. active dry yeast
About 4 1/2 c. all purpose flour
salt
1 1/2 c. water (heated to 120 degrees)
1 sm. jar of your favorite Italian sauce
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Combine 2 cups flour with salt and yeast. Stir in warm water. Blend on medium speed for 2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup flour to make a thick batter. Beat 2 minutes more. Stir in 1 1/2 cups flour to make a soft dough. On floured surface knead dough, adding more flour if needed, until dough is elastic, but not sticky. Cover and let rise for 1 hour. Divide in 1/2 and let rest for 10 minutes.

Roll each 1/2 into a 13 inch circle and place onto greased pizza pan. Spread with Italian sauce and cover with cheese (if desired, add your favorite topping). Bake in preheated 450 degree oven for 20 minutes.
