SAUSAGE BREAD 
1 loaf Rhodes frozen bread
1 lb. Italian sausage (loose), cooked
1 lb. Provolone cheese
1 egg, beaten

Thaw bread and roll into oval shape. Brown sausage and season to taste, with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place 1/2 of cheese along center of bread dough. Put cooked meat on top and add remainder of cheese on top of meat.

Pour beaten egg over cheese and meat mixture. Fold bread dough over mixture. Moisten edges with water to hold together if necessary. Place on cookie sheet and bake according to bread directions. Slice and serve.
