GRILLED LEMON CHICKEN | |
4 servings, approx. 7 grams fat per serving 1/4 c. lemon juice 1 tbsp. minced onion 1 tsp. grated lemon peel 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. dried tarragon, crushed 1/2 tsp. paprika 4 to 5 drops tabasco sauce 4 lg. boneless skinless chicken breasts Combine all ingredients, except chicken. Arrange chicken in shallow glass dish. Pour marinade over chicken; cover and refrigerate 2 to 4 hours. Drain chicken; reserve marinade. Grill chicken on covered grill, over med. to hot coals, 15 to 20 minutes on each side, basting often with marinade, until fork tender. |
