LIVER, BACON, & ONIONS -
MICROWAVED
 
4 slices bacon
2 med. onions, sliced
1 lb. baby beef liver, sliced
Salt
Pepper

Arrange bacon in single layer in 2 quart (12 x 7 inches) glass baking dish. Microwave for 4 to 4 1/2 minutes on high or until crisp. Remove bacon, set aside. Coat liver slices with bacon drippings, arrange in baking dish. Add onions. Cover with wax paper. Microwave for 14 to 16 minutes on simmer or until meat loses pink color. Crumble bacon over top. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
