BULGAR SALAD 
Bulgar wheat (1 c.)
Red onion, chopped
3 tomatoes, chopped
Lots of parsley, chopped
1/4 c. Italian salad dressing
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Dash cayenne pepper
1 tsp. salt

Prepare bulgar wheat as per directions. Cool 1/2 hour. Mix in shaker, salad dressing, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, cayenne pepper, salt. Mix bulgar and vegetables. Pour in dressing. Stir well. Server over bed of lettuce. Yields 10 (1/2 cup) servings.
