FRUIT PIZZA 
1 (17 oz.) pkg. refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1/4 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. sliced strawberries
1/2 c. cherry pie filling
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
3 bananas, sliced
1 kiwi, sliced
1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks

Slice cookie dough 1/8 inch thick. Arrange over bottom and side of greased 14 inch pizza pan. Press to cover. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-14 minutes or until brown. Cool. Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Combine reserved pineapple juice and bananas; set aside.

Beat sour cream, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in bowl. Spread mixture over cooled cookie crust. Arrange strawberries, drained bananas, cherry pie filling, pineapple, mandarin oranges and kiwi in a circle in order listed from outer edge. Chill until serving time.
