TACO SALAD 
1 lb. can kidney beans, drained
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 small can diced Ortega chile peppers
2 small cans sliced olives
2 c. shredded lettuce
1 large avocado, mashed
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
2-1/2 c. crushed Fritos

Dressing:

2 tsp. Wishbone Italian salad dressing
1 tbsp. minced onions
3/4 tsp. chile powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Drain kidney beans and place in serving bowl. Layer next 3 ingredients on top of kidney beans. Spread shredded lettuce over layered ingredients. Mix dressing ingredients and pour over all. Top with mashed avocado, sour cream, Cheddar cheese and crushed Fritos.
