CRANBERRY SALAD 
2 1/2 c. raw cranberries, grind quite fine
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped walnut meats
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. sugar
1/2 orange, including peel, ground
1 box orange Jello
3/4 c. boiling water

Dissolve Jello in water. Add remaining ingredients including the pineapple and orange juice. Chill until firm. Serve with Hellmann's mayonnaise. Good!
