STRAWBERRY TRIFLE 
1 lg. angel food cake
2 pkgs. vanilla instant pudding (make pudding)
2 pkgs. frozen strawberries
Whipped cream
Strawberry Glaze (recipe follows)
Fresh strawberries to garnish

Break angel food cake into bite size pieces and put in a large casserole dish. Cover cake with strawberry glaze. Pour prepared vanilla pudding over glaze. Pour defrosted strawberries over pudding. Top with whipped cream and decorate with fresh strawberries.

STRAWBERRY GLAZE:

Red food color
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1/2 c. sugar

Mix cornstarch and sugar. Add water and bring to a boil. Cook until thickened. Remove from heat and add red food color.
