SUGARLESS MOLASSES COOKIES 
1 c. molasses
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. oil
3/8 c. hot water
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. salt

Stir together; let stand in refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight. Bake at 375 degrees for about 7-10 minutes. Can be rolled out or dropped.
