GERMAN CHOCOLATE PIE 
1 Pet Ritz "deep dish" pie crust shell
1 pkg. (4 oz.) German sweet chocolate
1/4 c. butter
1 can (13 oz.) Pet evaporated milk
1 1/3 c. angel flake coconut
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar

Preheat oven and cookie sheet to 400 degrees. In a large saucepan, melt chocolate and butter. Gradually add milk and coconut. Combine eggs and sugar; stir into chocolate mixture. Mix well. Pour mixture into pie crust. Bake at 400 degrees, about 30 minutes. Cool completely.
