ROAST CHICKEN WITH FENNEL 
Chicken pieces of your choice (drumsticks are best)
Olive oil
Dried onions
Minced garlic
Italian seasonings
Salt and pepper
Fennel seeds (about 1 tbsp.)

Coat the chicken pieces with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, onion flakes, minced garlic, Italian seasonings and fennel seeds. Cover and bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover, turn chicken and cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes more. Roast sliced potatoes in another dish the same way but leave out fennel.
