3 sticks butter
1 c. sugar

Cream. 1/4 pt. heavy cream 1 tsp. baking powder 4 1/2 c. flour added slowly 1 tsp. lemon extract

Roll out to 1/4 inch thickness (or a little less). Cut into desired shapes. Bake 350 degrees about 9 minutes. Watch closely. Done when very lightly browned. Frost and trim with sprinkles.
