WE CALL IT: CHICKEN MOZZARELLA 
2 chicken breasts, separated into 4 pieces
1 (1 lb.) cube of Mozzarella cut into quarters
1 stick of butter
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. marjoram
Plain bread crumbs crushed fine
Toothpicks (colored, preferrably)
White cooking wine of your choice

Melt down the stick of butter; remove from heat. Crush the rosemary and marjoram leaves into the melted butter. You may also add a touch of pepper to taste. Dip each piece of chicken into the butter mixture and then into the bread crumbs. Take a cube of Mozzarella and lay it in the center of each chicken piece and bring ends of chicken up around Mozzarella securing each side with a toothpick. Arrange chicken in baking dish and cook for 20 minutes at 350 degrees; pour the wine over the chicken uniformly, then bake for another 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove toothpicks before eating!
