FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
2 c. flour (self rising)
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail (include juice)

Sauce:

1 stick butter
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. nuts
1 c. coconut

Combine ingredients for cake. Mix well and pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 45 minutes at 300 degrees.

Combine ingredients for sauce into pan and heat to a low boil. Pierce hot cake with a fork and pour sauce on top.
