LEMON BARS DELUXE 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter
4 eggs
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sugar

Sift together 2 cups flour and 1/2 cup powdered sugar. Cut in butter until mixture clings together. Press in a 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees 20 to 25 minutes.

Put eggs and sugar and lemon juice in a bowl; blend until thick and smooth. Add 1/4 cup flour and baking powder and blend. Pour over the crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Makes 30 bars.
