SHEPHERD'S PIE 
1 c. leftover meat, minced
1 onion, minced
2 c. leftover potatoes, boiled or mashed
Leftover gravy or stock
Pepper and salt to taste

Mix the meat, onion, seasoning. Moisten with the gravy or stock. Put the mixture in the bottom of a pie dish and cover with a thick layer of mashed potatoes. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve alone or with vegetables. Simple, cheap, nourishing.
