STEAK PARMIGIANA 
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut into serving pieces
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. salad oil
1 onion, chopped
1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
Sm. amount of garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
2 c. hot water
1 (8 oz.) sliced Mozzarella cheese
Hot cooked noodles

Combine flour and cheese. Dip steak into egg and coat with flour mixture; brown in hot oil. Place in a shallow baking pan. Saute onion in oil; stir in tomato paste, garlic, salt, pepper, and water. Simmer 10 minutes. Pour sauce over steak and top with cheese slices. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve over noodles.
