CHIPS AHOY BROWNIE PIE 
25 Chips Ahoy chocolate chip cookies
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. light corn syrup
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Whipped cream for garnish
Chocolate curls for garnish

Cut 5 cookies in half; set aside. Finely roll remaining cookies. Combine cookie crumbs and 1/4 cup melted butter. Press on bottom and side of 9-inch pie plate.

In saucepan, heat remaining butter and corn syrup until warm. Remove from heat. Beat in eggs, sugar, cocoa and vanilla, pour in crust.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes; insert cookie halves around edge of pie crust. Bake 10 to 15 minutes more until set. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls.
