SAVORY PORK CHOPS 
4 lg. loin pork chops (we use boneless chops)
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
Dash pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Oil
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. orange marmalade
Green onion

Preparation: Mix flour, seasoned salt, pepper and mustard. Coat chops on both sides with mixture.

Heat a little oil in medium skillet. Brown chops well on both sides. Pour off any excess fat.

Mix water, soy sauce, ketchup and marmalade. Pour over chops. Cover and cook slowly for 20 minutes or until chops are tender, turning once. Sprinkle with chopped green onion. Good served with parsley potatoes and steamed broccoli.
