BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. boneless round steak (3/4" thick)
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 can Campbell's mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. paprika

Freeze beef 1 hour to make meat easier to slice in very thin slices. In heavy skillet, saute onions in butter. Add meat and cook until meat just changes color. Add remaining ingredients except noodles. Heat. Stir frequently. Serve over cooked noodles.
