CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
1 box (12 oz.) Hi-Ho crackers 1 lg. carton sour cream 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken 6-8 cooked chicken breasts (bite size) Put 2 stacks of crackers, crushed, in bottom of dish; then chicken. Combine soup and sour cream; pour over chicken and top with remaining crackers. Dot with butter. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. |
