MUSHROOM PATTIES 
3 eggs
1 sm. onion
2 c. oatmeal, uncooked
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 pkg. G.W. Broth
4 oz. can mushrooms
2 tbsp. butter
Mushroom liquid
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Beat eggs, add mushrooms, onion, add seasoning and salt, add water to mushroom liquid to make 1/2 cup. Heat to dissolve G.W. Broth and butter. Add rest of ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls on hot greased pan, brown both sides.

SAUCE:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. G.W. Broth
1 can water

Mix; pour over patties in casserole. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 10-12 patties.
