ELIZA'S SMOOTHIE 
Here's a delicious and nutritious smoothie recipe that you can make with your blender:

1 ripe banana
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon honey (or to taste)
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 scoop protein powder (optional)
ice cubes (optional)

Add all of the ingredients to your blender. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, adding ice cubes if desired for a thicker consistency.

Taste and adjust the sweetness or thickness as needed, adding more honey or almond milk if desired.

Pour into a glass and enjoy!
