HOT CHICKEN WINGS A LA THOMAS 
1 lb. chicken wings

Cut off and discard flippers. Set oven at 400 degrees. Put wings on rack or broiler pan and cook at 400 degrees for 1/2 hour. Turn and cook another 1/2 hour.

Meanwhile, melt 1/2 cube of butter (I use less) over low heat in a saucepan. Add 1 or 2 (4 1/2 ounce) bottles of Durkee's Red Hot Sauce. Heat until mixed.
