SUPER EASY NEVER FAIL CHOCOLATE
CAKE
 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2/3 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. water
2/3 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. white vinegar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put all dry ingredients together in large bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients. Pour batter into 9 x 13 inch pan, not greased. Place pan in oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until knife inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean.
