BLUEBERRY COBBLER 
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. blueberries
1 c. sugar (you may prefer less)

Mix well, butter, flour, milk, baking powder, 1/2 cup sugar and salt. Spread over bottom of well-buttered pan. Then cover with blueberries and the cup of sugar. Add a cup of boiling water and dot with butter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Dough will be on top, sauce on bottom.

I use this with peaches or blackberries. You may use more fruit.
