PASTA MAMA 
4 eggs
2 tbsp. cream
16 oz. spaghetti
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. grated cheese of choice

Beat eggs with cream. Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until tender. Drain and place in large mixing bowl.

Meanwhile, melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Pour in eggs; stir lightly, and as they begin to set, add cheese and any optional ingredients. Stir more; then when eggs are still not quite set quickly pour them over hot pasta and toss vigorously.
