GRANDMA WALKERS' NOODLES 
4 eggs
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. baking powder
Salt to taste
Broth
1 hen or chicken, boiled and deboned

Beat eggs, milk, and salt. Sift together flour, baking powder and add to first mixture. Add enough flour to make a biscuit like dough. Knead well, roll out very thin. Sift a little flour on surface, roll up and slice or slice in strips while flat. Bring broth to boiling; add noodles a few at a time while stirring gently. Add a few drops of yellow food color. Gently boil until done, stirring as little as possible.
