SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1/2 lb. Spicy Italian sausage
1 lg. chopped onion
1 lg. bell pepper
2 cloves minced garlic
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. crushed oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1 bay leaf

Mix together sauce and cut up sausage and put it in sauce. Bring sauce to a boil and then reduce to warm and let simmer at least 3 hours.
