ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 box mahatma rice
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can tomatoes
1 c. milk

Prepare rice as directed on box. Brown and drain beef. In a saucepan, heat tomatoes, seasoning and milk. In a casserole dish, put rice, beef, and tomato mixture. May add cheese, onions, crumbled corn chips on top. Heat in 350 degree oven until warm.
