CHICKEN AND HERB DUMPLINGS 
1 chicken, cut up
1 c. Bisquick
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. milk

Mix dry ingredients and coat chicken. Brown chicken. Put chicken in large saucepan. Combine milk and soup. Pour over chicken. Cover and heat to boiling. Cook over low heat for 45 minutes, or until chicken is tender. Add dumplings after 25 minutes of cooking time.

DUMPLINGS:

1 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. milk
2 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning

Combine ingredients and drop by spoonfuls into saucepan with chicken. Cook 10 minutes uncovered. Cook 10 more minutes covered.
