1 stick butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk

Mix and boil hard for 1 minute. Remove from heat, then add: 1/3 c. peanut butter 3 c. quick cooking oatmeal, fine

Mix well and drop with a spoon onto wax paper or foil.

To make Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies: Leave out the chocolate and double the peanut butter.

I usually double the entire recipe. These go fast!
