CRANBERRY-APPLE RELISH | |
2 c. fresh cranberries 1 (1 lb.) can sliced apples, drained and chopped 1 c. sugar 1 c. water 2 tsp. grated lemon rind Combine cranberries, chopped apple slices, sugar and water in saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Continue boiling until cranberries pop open, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in lemon rind. Chill. Makes about 1 quart. |
