STRAWBERRY SOUP 
1/2 c. water
3/4 c. red wine
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 cinnamon stick
1 qt. crushed strawberries
1 1/2 c. half & half cream

Boil together the water, wine, sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon stick for 10 to 15 minutes. Add crushed berries and cook 10 minutes more. Cool and add cream. Serve to 6 lucky people.
