1 pkg. lime Jello
3/4 c. hot water
2 tbsp. grated onion
3/4 c. shredded, unpeeled cucumber
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cream style cottage cheese

Dissolve Jello in water. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Let set in refrigerator until firm. This quantity fills a small ring mold.
