CHICKEN AND AVOCADO SALAD 
1 head lettuce
3 avocados
2 c. cooked chicken, diced
3/4 c. celery, diced
3/4 c. sm. raw cauliflower
1/3 c. toasted, sliced almonds
1/3 c. French dressing
3/4 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper

Mix chicken and vegetables. Marinate with French dressing in refrigerator for several hours. Just before serving, add mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Peel avocados, slice in half. Arrange each on lettuce cups. Fill center of avocado with chicken salad.
