PINEAPPLE SQUARES 
CRUST:

2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. shortening
1/2 c. milk

Mix like pie crust, roll out and put on cookie sheet.

FILLING:

1 can crushed pineapple
7 tsp. tapioca
1 c. sugar

Slightly drain pineapple; mix ingredients and spread on crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

ICING:

1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 stick butter, softened
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend icing ingredients well and spread on cooled pineapple. Store in refrigerator.
