CHICKEN TACO CASSEROLE 
1 (3 lb.) chicken
1 stick butter
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lg. bag taco flavored chips
1 c. or more cheddar cheese

Boil chicken, skin, debone and cut into pieces; save broth. Melt butter. Add onions and saute. Add well mashed Rotel tomatoes, the 2 cans of soup and 1 cup chicken broth. Cook all ingredients except the chicken. Break chips into pieces. Place in baking dish. Cover chips with the chicken and the soup mixture. Garnish the top with the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees about 35 minutes.
