BLUE RIBBON DONUTS 
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
About 4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat eggs, add sugar and butter. Add buttermilk while mixing. Add salt, nutmeg, soda and flour to roll out dough. Cut with donut cutter and fry in oil or lard.
