SALMON CROQUETTES 
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, undrained
1/3 c. flour
2 eggs
1 c. corn flakes
1/2 tsp. onion salt
Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetable oil

Mix all ingredients (except vegetable oil) thoroughly in bowl. Shape into croquettes (heaping tablespoon size is best). Heat oil in skillet and fry croquettes, turning frequently. Makes 15-18 croquettes.
