BLACKBERRY PRESERVES CAKE 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 tbsp. cold coffee
1 c. buttermilk
2 c. blackberry preserves
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg

Blend butter and sugar. Add eggs. Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk. Add preserves. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes in 9x13 pan. Frost with Seven Minute Frosting.
